Warranty Information

All the innoTronics brand products come with a producer’s 12-month warranty.
If any problems occur with your product during this time period, simply return it to where it was bought for a new replacement.

If you have purchased innoTronics products from somewhere else, please contact seller for warranty cover.

If your retailer does not answer your inquiries, please email us at support@innoTronics.co for assistance. Please, see below for warranty details.

One-year limited warranty

innoTronics warrants you, the purchaser of the product, that it will be free of defects from the original manufacture of the material and workmanship for one (1) year from the purchase date of the product (the “Warranty Period”). innoTronics products must be purchased from an authorized dealer of innoTronics for the warranty to be considered valid. This warranty does not cover refurbished products or products sold second hand. If you notify innoTronics during the warranty period about a defect covered by the terms and conditions of this warranty, we will provide for service or replacement of the product.

This warranty does not cover :

  • Damage resulted from natural disaster
  • Damage resulted from chemical, fire, radioactive substance, poison, or liquid
  • Damage resulted from misuse
  • Damage caused to any 3rd party / person / device and beyond
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailer and distributor
  • Products purchased as 2nd hand or used
  • Negligence
  • Commercial use
  • Modifications to any part of the Product, including the antenna
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
  • Products where the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed

 

How to make a return/exchange request

If your purchase is within our warranty coverage, and you believe it is defective, you can contact us to launch your return request.

To return your innoTronics product, please email us at support@innoTronics.co with:

  1. Product name and model
  2. Your purchase order number
  3. Reasons for return

Please include all accessories, manuals, and original undamaged packaging
when returning your purchase back to us. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange request.

Once we have received your email, our customer support staff will assist you with the rest of the returning process.
Please do not send us anything unless you are instructed to do so.
